Shipping
Orders are printed on demand and dispatched within 2–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days depending on where you are. We email a tracking link when the order ships; tracking usually activates within 1–2 days of dispatch.
Shipping is free on qualifying orders. The price you pay at checkout is the price — no hidden fees. International cards may move by under 0.5% on your bank's exchange rate.
Cancellations and changes
Email hello@fourthdimensionclub.com within 3 hours of placing the order if you need to change a size, address, or cancel. After that the item is already in production.
Replacements — 7 days (everywhere)
If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@fourthdimensionclub.com with your order number and photos. We'll review the case and send a replacement. Don't ship anything back until we say so. We cover return shipping when the item is our error or arrived damaged.
Catalog designs are printed when you order them. Outside the EU, EEA and United Kingdom we don't accept returns for change of mind, so check the size guide before you order.
EU, EEA and UK — 14-day cooling-off
If we ship to the European Union, the EEA or the United Kingdom, you also have a statutory 14-day cooling-off right: you may cancel for any reason within 14 days of delivery. Email hello@fourthdimensionclub.com to start it. Send the item back unused, with tags, in its original packaging. You cover return shipping unless the item is faulty. We'll refund the purchase price and standard outbound shipping to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the return.
Items printed with a name, custom text, or other personalisation you specified are excluded from cooling-off (goods made to your specifications). Picking a size or colour from our standard range is not personalisation — catalog tees, hoodies, mugs and posters still get the 14-day right.
