The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Processing time: Order verification, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the fulfillment center for dispatch within 12 hours after the order is placed. Preorder items will be processed as per the timelines mentioned on the product page
- Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our fulfillment center to the destination. The delivery usually takes about 5-8 business days.
1. You should receive an email and SMS within 2-3 business days that your order has been shipped.
2. Please click on the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email and SMS to track your orders.
Orders Changes & Cancellations
If you need to make a change to your order (clothing size, shipping address, etc) or cancel your order, the request must be sent via email to email@example.com within 3 HOURS of placing your order.
After 3 hours, all orders are final, including those in which you entered the wrong shipping address - no refunds will be allowed as we have already processed and shipped your order to that address.
1. Customers can return/exchange their order within 7 days of the order delivery.
2. All returns must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
3. The product amount will be issued back as discount coupons/Store credit/to the payment source, once we have received the product and quality check is done.
4. Refund of shipping charges are NOT applicable.
5. To self-ship your returns, raise a return request and once approved you can ship them to us, you are requested to pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For returns, we recommend you to do it through a reliable local courier service. Please share the shipping details on firstname.lastname@example.org with your Order ID mentioned.
6. Note: For replacement, kindly follow the return procedure for the product you want to replace and then use the coupon code issued to place the order for the New product. Items once replaced or exchanged are not eligible for another replacement or exchange.
7. For products without any manufacturing defect or fault from our end, we are NOT entitled to bear the return shipping charges.
However, size exchanges are completely free of cost.
8. Only the purchased amount will be refunded as a Coupon Code/store credit/to the payment source to the customer.
9. In case of manufacturing defects or quality issues, Customers are requested to share an image/video of the product received for verification purpose within 48 hours of the delivery. We can process a replacement or return only after the verification process is completed.
10. Plus sizes from 2XL and above, Mobile covers, Posters and Coffee mugs are not eligible for a return/exchange as we custom make them on demand. Pattern Tees & Bomber jackets are eligible for size exchanges only. Face masks and neck gaiters are not eligible for returns/refunds due to safety and hygiene concerns. Fabric colours may vary due to various reasons like device colour tone, brightness etc. We won't accept returns based on this issue. International orders are not eligible for returns/exchanges.
11. Gift Card orders are delivered to your email address automatically and they are not refundable.
What are the terms and conditions for refund?
1. You can ask for a refund or free replacement against any of your order within 7 days of its date of delivery, provided that the products are found to be defective or damaged.
2. Already replaced/exchanged items are not eligible for a return or refund.
3. All refunds will be credited or issued as store coupon codes which you can use for your future orders. Refund to the payment source is issued in the cases of any defects or lost in transit cases only.

How long the refund procedure takes?
1. The refund procedure will be initiated within 24-48 hours once we receive your product. Once initiated, the store coupon code will be provided within 24 hours which can be used to place new orders.
I haven't received my refund yet. What should I do?
1. We update our customers through emails once we initiated the refund procedure.
2. If our last email states that we have initiated the refund procedure, kindly wait for the process to complete.

How do I pay for my order?
We accept multiple payment methods online, you can pay through Credit cards, Debit cards, Net-banking, pay later and wallets. If you choose PayPal, you will be directed to the PayPal login page straightforward.
Can I pay through Paypal with my credit card?
Yes, you can choose the PayPal option and you will be asked to fill in your credit card information to fulfil the transaction.
How secure is my online order?
When purchasing online using your credit card, all of your information is entered into an SSL secure web page. Your information is then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider's network, where your card and transaction is authorized and approved. Your credit card information will not be stored on our servers.
I have bought something but seen it at a different price on your website.
As an online business, we act much faster in adjusting our prices in response to trends, stock and demand from customers. It's our general view not to refund the difference.
Are there any hidden charges to my order?
Basically, the final amount you will pay is just the price of the product plus shipping(if you choose a paid shipping). Sometimes, because of the exchange rate of the currency, when the payment finally cleared through the bank, the total amount will be a little different to the price of the product, but it's only less than 0.5% of the total price.
How long do you take to dispatch an order?
Generally, we will dispatch your order the other day since the date you placed the order. However, we may need to wait for a few days or weeks for the stock at times.
How Long Does Shipping Take?
Shipping takes 3-7 working days depending on location. Some distant areas can take a bit longer. But we will get to you.
Do you guarantee delivery time?
Because the post office & courier companies handles your shipment, we cannot guarantee the exact time of delivery. However, we will give you an idea of when the package will arrive.
What if my order delivery was delayed?
We definitely will deliver your order in time under normal circumstances. While, shipping delays may occur due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times.
How do I track my order?
We will email your tracking information as soon as your order has shipped. Usually, your tracking number will be updated 1-2 days after your order has been shipped.

How Do I Cancel An Order?
We are only able to cancel orders within the first 3 hours after the order is placed. After that, the order has most likely been processed and is preparing for shipment or has been shipped. Once this takes effect, it's out of our hands. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we pride ourselves on prompt service and this includes getting your orders out as fast as possible.
What Is My Return Policy?
If there’s something wrong with your order (defective product, incorrect order, damaged order etc.), please contact us within 7 days from receiving your order and we’ll be happy to assist you to review the case and if it is approved we will be sending a replacement. Please do not return anything before we review the case, our customer service team will review the request and will send further instructions. Likewise, we reserve the right to deny any return request.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
