Shipping

 We offer Free Shipping.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

  • Processing time: Order verification, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the fulfillment center for dispatch within 12 hours after the order is placed. Preorder items will be processed as per the timelines mentioned on the product page
  • Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our fulfillment center to the destination. The delivery usually takes about 2-8 business days.

Tracking

1. You should receive an email and SMS within 2-3 business days that your order has been shipped.

2. Please click on the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email and SMS to track your orders.

Orders Changes & Cancellations

If you need to make a change to your order (clothing size, shipping address, etc) or cancel your order, the request must be sent via email to hello@fourthdimensionclub.com within 12 HOURS of placing your order.

After 12 hours, all orders are final, including those in which you entered the wrong shipping address - no refunds will be allowed as we have already processed and shipped your order to that address.

RETURN POLICY


At Fourth Dimension Club, we strive to provide our customers with the best shopping experience possible. We understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange a product, and we want to make that process as easy as possible for you. 1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:
- We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- The item(s) must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- Returns or exchanges are only applicable to products purchased directly from Fourth Dimension Club.

2. Non-eligible Items:
- Final sale items, including but not limited to, swimwear, lingerie, accessories, and personalized/customized items, cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for items purchased from third-party retailers. Please contact the retailer directly for their return policy.

3. Return Process:
- To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. You can reach us by email at hello@fourthdimensionclub.com.
- Provide your order number, item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and a brief reason for the return/exchange.
- Our customer service team will guide you through the return process, including providing you with a return shipping label, if applicable.
- Please pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, including all original tags, and include a copy of your order invoice or packing slip.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

4. Refunds and Exchanges:
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange within 7 days of receipt.
- Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used for the purchase in case of defect or damages and in the form of store credit for any other reason.
- If you requested an exchange, we will ship the replacement item(s) to you at no additional cost, subject to availability.
- In cases where the item is no longer available, we will issue a refund instead.
- Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

5. International Returns:
- For international customers, please note that any customs fees, taxes, or duties incurred during the initial shipment are non-refundable.
- International customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

6. Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately.
- Provide a clear description of the issue and attach photos, if possible, to expedite the resolution process.
